چکیده

Flavonoids represent an important class of secondary metabolites because their potential health benefits and functions in plants. We propose a novel method for the comprehensive flavonoid filtering screening based on direct infusion mass spectrometry (DIMS) analysis. The recently invented data mining procedure, multi-step mass-remainder analysis (M-MARA) technique is applied effective spectral peak rich spectra natural herb extracts. In addition, our flavonoid-filtering algorithm facilitates determination elemental composition. M-MARA uses simple mathematical logical operations thus, it can easily be implemented regular spreadsheet software. A huge benefit high speed low demand computing power memory that enables real time application even tandem spectrometric Our was electrospray ionization (ESI) DIMS various extract, filtered were subjected to chemometrics using principal component (PCA).

construction and validation of translation metacognitive strategy questionnaire and its application to translation quality

like any other learning activity, translation is a problem solving activity which involves executing parallel cognitive processes. the ability to think about these higher processes, plan, organize, monitor and evaluate the most influential executive cognitive processes is what flavell (1975) called “metacognition” which encompasses raising awareness of mental processes as well as using effectiv...

High-resolution mass spectrometry elucidates metabonate (false metabolite) formation from alkylamine drugs during in vitro metabolite profiling.

In vitro metabolite profiling and characterization experiments are widely employed in early drug development to support safety studies. Samples from incubations of investigational drugs with liver microsomes or hepatocytes are commonly analyzed by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry for detection and structural elucidation of metabolites. Advanced mass spectrometers with accurate mass capab...

Analysis of synthetic cannabinoids using high-resolution mass spectrometry and mass defect filtering: implications for nontargeted screening of designer drugs.

Detection of new designer drugs remains an analytical challenge because of the ability of manufacturers to rapidly substitute closely related analogs for banned substances. Traditional targeted mass spectrometry methods rely on library searches, known masses, or multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) transitions and are therefore often unable to detect or identify recently discovered or yet unrepor...

A Rough Guide to Metabolite Identification Using High Resolution Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry in Metabolomic Profiling in Metazoans

Compound identification in mass spectrometry based metabolomics can be a problem but sometimes the problem seems to be presented in an over complicated way. The current review focuses on metazoans where the range of metabolites is more restricted than for example in plants. The focus is on liquid chromatography with high resolution mass spectrometry where it is proposed that most of the problem...
